The hazard detection options consist of thermal spot detection which accurately senses surrounding air temperature to initiate system actuation, and linear heat detection which consists of quickly installed wires, with no splicing, full supervision, and very low maintenance.
Manual Release:
The Strike electronic control system (ECS) has a small footprint, easy to mount, clean, and maintain The ECS has two detection circuits, two suppression zone release circuits, supervised remote pull station with no cables or pulleys, no fusible links, brackets, or conduits.
Agent:
The liquid agent is non-corrosive to appliances in event of discharge, and will not freeze or crystallize in cold temperatures.
Cylinder:
Agent cylinder and nitrogen cartridge are enclosed in a stainless steel enclosure which blends seamlessly with the commercial kitchen appliances
The new cartridge pressure gauge allows easier visibility of system readiness and can be electrically monitored with the Strike panel
The capacity of One Cylinder is of 4.1 gallons
Nozzles and Suppression:
The nozzle height is 1.5 m and does not interfere with cooking
The nozzles are stainless steel with no red rubber caps that deteriorate
General System Specifications:
The ECS provides electrical supervisory contacts for use by building fire alarm system, and for shutdown of electric appliances
The ECS needs no external power requirements.
Primary and secondary batteries provide continuous uninterrupted fire detection and fire suppression system actuation
